The role of this position is to execute the centralized processing of T&E transaction in the SSC for all Bekaert China entities in line with Bekaert group policies and procedures. This position is integrated in Bekaert China SSC team and has a direct reporting line to AP Team Leader.

Your role / 岗位描述

I、Process T&E transactions (80%)

1.Receive and check expense report from employee according to Bekaert policy

2.Receive and check cash advance request and credit card statement.

3.Post accounting entries of cash reimbursement, cash advance and credit card.

4.Conduct relative account reconciliation on a monthly basis

5.Arrange T&E payment in time including cash reimbursement, cash advance and credit card payment

6.File relative supporting documents

II、Prepare T&E management report (10%)

1.Conduct T&E ageing analysis on a monthly basis,

2.Conduct T&E cash advance and creidt card payment analysis on a monthly basis,follow up long term cash advacne and credit card payment

3.Prepare other regular / ad hoc AP management reports as required by AP Team Leader, SSC Manager or other management

III、Others (10%)

1.Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by AP Team Leader or SSC Manager

2.Provide support in external and internal auditing

Your profile / 职位要求

I、Bachelor degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance or related field

II、Minimum of 1 years working experience in T&E accountant position of multinational industrial companies, preferably in a shared service environment

III、Abundant operational experience in T&E management with solid financial knowledge

IV、Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and ERP system (SAP proficiency is preferred)

V、Good communication skill in spoken & written Chinese and English

VI、Be detail-oriented and self-motivated

VII、Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline

VIII、Ability to work in a cross-functional team with good interpersonal skills
