Objective of Job
Be responsible for the program management and cross functional coordination for APAC manual transmission and driveline programs to meet requirements on timing, budget and technical specification
Brief Task Description (A Job Description document must be completed prior to official employment activity.)
1. Lead APAC programs for manual transmissions and automatic manual transmissions.
2. Lead APAC programs for drivelines FWD, AWD and 4WD.
3. Cross functional coordination to make sure all functional activities get aligned.
5. Collect, review, harmonize and provide inputs for business.
6. Create and maintain cost book for manual transmissions and drivelines for different scenarios.
7. Prepare documents for management approvals of projects and updates of projects.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, Competence etc.)
- Education: Master in Engineering (Mechanical engineering)
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in known automotive and component firms
- Skills & Competence:
1. Excellent project management skills
2. Strong engineering background in powertrain and driveline
3. Financial knowledge
