职位描述
Job Description
1. Responsible for managing the warehouse keepers’ daily job including informing QC/QA to inspect 、material check and receiving , storing ,shipping and slow-moving parts disposal if necessary.
2. Responsible for the project material allocation and releasing to production line Acc to BOM.
3. Pre-alarm for project material status and proactively communicate with production and procurement department as well as the project department.
4. Responsible for the daily update for warehouse system PWMS ensure the data up to date and accurate，training for warehouse keeper to follow company’s procedure.
5. Optimize Inventory status as to obtain the best stock level for normal consumable and tools.
Reasonably organizing and optimally designing the layout for stock location to utilize the space.
6. Responsible for implementing the KPI of warehouse and improving the warehouse efficiency
7. Responsible for the stock-taking seasonally and yearly, making the stock report to Finance department or the external audit.
8. Daily 5S Management.
Requirement:
1. Good written and spoken English.
2. Strongly organizing and team management skill and project management skill, can work under pressure.
3. Able to understand mechanical drawing and Bom (bill of list).
4. Above 5 yrs working experience including at least 3 years as team leader in warehouse in mechanical or heavy industry.
5. Better can operate the forklift or own crane certificate(Above 5 tons).
6. Have the logic idea of the ERP or MRP.
7. College degree.
