Activity Description / Output:
? Process solution study, economic evaluation and analysis to obtain the best solution (manual and automatic solutions)
? Lay out definition and drawing
? Product description and new car components analysis
? Pre-method definition and Standard BOP application
? Control point definition (according to quality) for the main important elements
? Tech spec (RFQ) definition for specific competence areas according to Standard, investments, quality, timing request
? Suppliers offers analysis
? Suppliers equipments timing (design and construction) monitoring and control (design review)
? Control advance liquidated and respect of the costs previewed to budget assigned
? Suppliers equipments installation monitoring and control (Try out activity)
? Manufacturing Assembly Engineering Standard equipments application in the new models/project
? Maintenance concept understanding (MTBR-MTBF)
? IT production control system application
? Operation sheets execution
? Ergonomics criteria application
? Cooperation with Handling department for Racks definition
? Equipments definition about quality control according to Control Plan
? Process FMEA execution
? ODM evaluation (capex, timing, quality,)
Technical Skills:
Has a specialist understanding of the BiW Process (Underbody, Body side, Body, subassembly line, welding gun, gluing filling, …)
Can access the Engineering database (CODEP - IMAN ), make contact with product Engineering, analyze impact on process, tooling and equipment. Can create process plan to incorporate changes.
Can prepare the information needed to create Manufacturing Studies (includes: Product change impact from Book of Standard, Plant loading flexibility, change impact on process, tooling, equipment cycle time, material flow and manpower).
Language Skills:
English: Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing Very Good
IT Skills:
Access and use Microsoft Office Suite: Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Project, Vis Mockup, Autocad, TCM, Codep, UG.
Organization:
Is in Vehicle Manufacturing Engineering structure and report directly to Manufacturing Engineering Process Manager.
Work with: Platform Team, Vehicle Line Manufacturing, E&D (MR Model Responsible, PR Project Responsible, PC Project Chef, Function), Purchasing, ICT, Quality, Logistic, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Product, AME Process.
