PROJECT MANAGER

项目进度及质量管理Project schedule and quality management

工作内容 Responsibility:
1.项目可行性评估 Project feasibility review
1.1从工艺及质量要求方面评估新的项目是否适合本公司
Check whether the new project is suitable for Multifix company to take in terms of process and quality requirement
1.2从现有供应商中筛选并初步确定可以生产此项目的供应商
Check approved vendor list and evaluate which suppliers could be suitable for the new project.
1.3 与采购团队合作开发适合此新项目的潜在供应商
Co-operate with purchase team to source new supplier who will be suitable for the new project.

2. 项目管理 Project management
2.1 合同评审。新项目在确认客户合同之前，需明确客户的质量要求并确认其合理性，并安排将客户图纸或样品转换成为茂飞公司的图纸。
Contract review. Before signing contract with customer, project manager must clarify all customer quality requirement and confirm its reasonability, and arrange to convert customer drawing or sample into Multifix drawing.
2.2 确保供应商理解所有质量要求，与供应商评估生产工艺及相关的质量控制计划。
Assure supplier understand all quality requirement, review supplier production process and related quality control plan.
2.3 跟进样品的生产进度及质量状态
Follow up sample production schedule and quality status
2.4 确认样品
Approve sample submitted by supplier
2.5 确保样品得到客户的批准
Assure sample approval by customer.
2.6 批量生产质量控制
Mass production quality control

3. 顾客投诉或反馈处理Customer complaint/feedback handling.
3.1 明确了解顾客的投诉或质量反馈
Get clear information from customer about quality complaint or feedback.
3.2 协助供应商进行不良原因分析，并形成纠正预防措施报告，并监督纠正预防措施的执行情况；
Work with supplier to make root cause analysis for defect, and finalize corrective and preventative action report, monitor the implement of the actions.
3.3 与顾客沟通纠正及预防措施
Communicate with customer for corrective/preventive actions.

4.供应商管理 Suppliermanagement
4.1按质量，服务等表现对供应商进行评估
Evaluate suppliers’ performance on quality and service.
4.2 采取必要的措施改进供应商质量表现
Take necessary actions to improve supplier quality performance.
4.3开发新的供应商
New supplier sourcing.

任职资格 Requirement:
大学本科，机械相关专业
Bachelor degree, mechanic background.
5年以上工作经验，其中2年以上项目管理工作经验,在机加工，钣金冲压，压铸或者紧固件方面有较丰富的经验；
5 years working experience, and at least 2 years experience as project manager, strong knowledge of machining, stamping, casting or fasteners.
有供应商审核相关经验
Knowledge of supplier audit
具有良好的沟通能力
Good communication skill.
具有较好的英文读写能力
Good English level.
熟练使用MS Office 办公软件
Skillful MS Office operation.
