职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Co-ordinate and execute continuous improvement work per the requirements of GB code, internal company codes and other Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP)
? Perform and document systematic root cause analysis of a variety of equipment and systems (such as pumps, blowers, air compressors, chillers, polymer extruders, etc.) to develop and implement solutions that address and prevent unplanned failure.
? Assure accuracy of the CMMS system (SAP) including functional location hierarchy and equipment / bill of material accuracy, etc.
? Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans within SAP for facility equipment.
? Provide project leadership and reliable operation expertise during the FEL design, construction, startup and operation of new assets and upgraded assets, serving as both the small project manager and maintenance/reliability expert.
? Provide subject matter expertise in best practices including lubrication, vibration analysis, infrared thermography, precision alignment, precision maintenance techniques, seal flush design, etc.)
? Support the maintenance organization in both troubleshooting and training needs regarding precision repair and setup of mechanical systems including high speed rotating equipment (fiber windup / faceplate systems), rotating equipment (centrifugal and gear pumps, fans, conveying systems, product packaging & transport), large rotating gearbox systems (extrusion, fans), large rotating utilities systems (compressors, fans, material transfer systems).
? Develop QA/QC control program for maintenance and small projects.
Required Qualifications:
? Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
? 3 years minimum experience in rotating equipment maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment.
? 3 years minimum experience using SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module.
? Demonstrated ability to read English technical documentation and manuals.
? Fluent written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications:
? 3 years minimum experience in equipment specification preparing, installation and commissioning.
? 3 years minimum experience in chemical or polymer industrial manufacturing.
