Position : Frontline Recruitment Coordinator

Reports to (Title) ：Frontline Recruitment Manager
As part of Shanghai Disney Resort Recruitment function, frontline recruitment team is aiming to become the world class recruitment team to provide the best candidates experience for our frontline candidates with Disney difference. Frontline recruitment team will filter and select the right candidates for Shanghai Disney Resort operations who will provide the extraordinary Disney service to our guests from all over the world.
Frontline Recruitment team is responsible to hire the frontline cast members for Shanghai Disney Resort. The frontline hiring activities will include attract candidates into application tracking system, interview candidates and follow up with candidate for their onboarding activities. The interview activities could happen in both on-site and off-site job event. In the near term, frontline recruitment team will support the hiring for opening frontline cast members to support the grand opening of Shanghai Disney Resort late 2015. And will be responsible to run frontline recruitment as a sustained activity after park opening.
Position Responsibilities
? Provide the best candidate experience during the recruitment process
? Support Volume Recruitment logistics and coordinate interview arrangements
? Provide support to off-site job events
? Welcome candidates and check-in for candidates when they arrive for interview
? Follow up with candidates after offer acceptance
? Take care of Frontline Cast Members onboarding and ensure a streamlined process that is efficient and delivers the highest quality candidate experience
? Maintain hiring reports for Frontline Recruitment team and provide analysis.
? Partner closely within the team to maintain excellent communication, candidate and client service
Required Qualifications
? College degree or equivalent education, Human Resources or Business Administration major will be a plus
? 2 years HR experience in MNCs
? Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.
? Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
? Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment
? Proactive and resourceful approach to resolving issues and/or unfamiliar situations
? Demonstrated written and verbal ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with candidates and individuals at all levels of the organization
? Good team player with passion for providing top-notch customer service
? Fluent in both Mandarin and English
