Job description：
1. Contacts international insurance companies to verify patient's insurance benefits.
联系国际保险公司，对客户的医疗保险福利进行查询核实。
2. Determines contract and benefit eligibility for pre-certification, prior authorization of inpatient and outpatient services
对客户所需的治疗进行预授权申请及跟进。
3. Obtains requirements for claim submission and pre-certification process from insurance companies，and also manage appeals for services denied.
提供给保险公司理赔时所需全部相关资料
4. Maintains the claim related information in the system to ensure its accuracy
准确记录客户的费用和相关的保险理赔
5. Assists in training new employees of the insurance claim processing team.
对保险团队中新人进行培训。

Qualification:
1. College degree or above in Accounting/Finance or healthcare related fields。
有会计或金融或医疗相关专业的本科及以上学历。
2. Minimum one year working experience in insurance claims。
至少一年保险理赔经验。
3 Knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance claim processing preferred。
有医疗相关知识或医疗保险理赔经验者优先。
4. Excellent oral and written English。
良好的英文口头表达能力和书写能力
5. Good time management skills and must be able to prioritize。
有时间管理能力善于合理安排工作。

2）上海国际医学中心
   作为创始股东， SIMC于2014年正式运营，由百汇医疗集团参照JCI 标准建造。医院共设有500张床位、118个门诊诊室、15间手术室和10间一体化产病房。为国家计委和上海市政府的“医改试点项目”。
3）上海瑞东医院
   1998年由日方投资，与瑞金医院以中日友好合作建设的一家综合性医疗机构。地处浦东新区高端住宅居住区的中心位置。 20年来持续为国际人士及在沪精英提供国际标准之高端医疗服务。
4）香港国际医疗中心
   全港首个坐落中环CBD、垂直整合及全智能化的医疗大楼，总面积为53,500平方呎，提供高质医疗及保健服务。
