现招聘技术销售主管一名，要求如下：
1.有化学相关专业背景者优先。
2.具有三年以上在表面处理相关行业的工作经验。
3.熟悉各种前处理加工。例如碱性/酸性清洁，重型工业清洗，中性清洗等。
4.出色解决问题的能力，良好人际交往和沟通能力。
5.英语必须在口语和书面表达方面达到优秀。
6.独立，主动，具有系统性的分析能力。
7.专注于提供技术服务和产品研发，以确保符合供应商规格要求。
8.协助供应商在短期/长期的质量问题上提出基本的解决方案及建议。
9.作为供应商与客户的协调者，可以处理任何问题及挑战
10.负责技术/质量参考文档的编制及更新。
11.为客户提供必要的质量培训，以确保供应商不断改进。
12.协助中国质量团队，美国团队质量及采购团队在年度供应商审计和年度供应商绩效考核
13.不定期出差于客户或潜在客户的地点，提供技术服务，客户和销售人员的培训以加强客户关系。
14.适应出差的工作模式，长三角地区为主。
15.协助总经理开发华东和华北地区的业务。

1.Degree in chemistry and related disciplines.
2.Over 3 years work experience in pre-paint surface treatment related industries.
3.Familiar with various pretreatment processing. e.g. Alkali/Acidic cleaning, heavy industrial cleaning, neutral cleaning, etc.
4.Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
5.Good command in spoken and written English(Must).
6.Independent, self-initiative, systematic, analytical and detail-minded.
7.Focusing on technical challenge and formulation, to ensure suppliers conform to our SPEC.
8.Assist adhesive suppliers on quality issues on a needed basis, in providing recommendation of short/long term solutions.
9.Act as coordinator among adhesive suppliers, US Quality Team on technical and quality issues/challenges.
10.Responsible for technical/quality documentation works, ensure good record keeping.
11.Working with US Quality Team and China Quality Team, to provide necessary Quality training to ensure constant supplier improvement.
12.Assist China Quality Team, US Quality Team and Sourcing Team in annual supplier audit and annual supplier performance review.
13.Travel as required to customer or prospect locations to provide technical service, customer and salesperson(s) training, and network to strengthen customer relationships.
