Job Description:

This position will be responsible in recruiting, HR and Administration or any other duties assigned from time to time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire recruiting process, coordinating phone and on-site interviews, performing offer negotiations and help with on boarding

2. Responsible for full HR function including employment contracts, orientation, training, performance review, documents keeping, terminations etc.

3. Order and replenish office supplies, work with HR Generalist to prepare for new employees onboard, and review and check monthly billing from suppliers

4. Book plane/train tickets, make hotel reservations for the China Office, and assist other Monster offices' employees' travel within China

5. Pick up and deliver magazines, letters, express mails, handle parcel shipping and delivery for each departments

6. Assist in ongoing searches for proper vendors for office supplies, phone service, printing , hotel accommodation, car rental, and other office-operating suppliers

7. Update and renew government certificate at customs, tax bureaus, industrial and commercial bureaus, etc

8. Perform other tasks and duties as requested.

Required Qualifications

1. College degree or equivalent education, Human Resources or Business Administration major will be a plus

2. 2-3 years HR experience in MNCs

3. True team player with a strong sense of initiative and a “can do" attitude

4. Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.

5. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

6. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment

7. Proactive and resourceful approach to resolving issues and/or unfamiliar situations

8. Demonstrated written and verbal ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with candidates and individuals at all levels of the organization

9. Good team player with passion for providing top-notch customer service

10. Fluent in both Mandarin and English
