职位描述
- 布料样品的备货,理货,管理
- 与外籍设计师和设计会所客户进行样品采集的设计要求沟通
- 样品在英文版系统中的下单,入库,进出口,
-Assist the Marketing Manager to plan and
implement sample product of new and existing
products.
-Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors in the
production of samples and promotional material.
- Prepare purchase orders for suppliers for
authorization.
-Maintain samples stock items to prescribed level,
managing the sample re-order system.
-Compile back orders, end of month sales and stock
level reports.
- Report weekly dispatch and departmental progress
to Managers.
-Receive and invoice sample orders from sales
offices.
-Prepare samples for dispatch to sales offices.
Assist with sample production when required.
- Track and receipt inwards goods.
-Do six monthly stock take of sample stock.
-Maintain sample costing and sample price list and
colour charts for sales offices.
-Maintain the Sample Department and showroom.
-Ensure the quality manual is adhered to at all times
and updated when required.
Without prejudice to the generalities of the duties listed
above, you shall follow the directives of the Company's
appointed Directors, or representatives, who are from
time to time assigned.
*Experience in textile sample production or
management.
*Knowledge of commercial textiles.
*Knowledge of the commercial interior design industry
beneficial.
*Invoicing/accounts experience desirable
*Communication
-Listening and questioning to identify customer needs
-Writing customer notes, emails and faxes
- Teamwork
-Referring matters to nominated personnel as
required
- Working as a member of a team and applying
knowledge of one’s own role to achieve team goals
-Working with diverse persons and groups

- Searching product and service information, using
multiple sources of information to match customer
requests
-Using problem solving approaches to identify
customer needs
