职位描述
1、负责接听400售后服务电话，并按客服规范流程：
回答一般性的疑问或查询，解决限定范围内的技术问题，准确记录客服过程；
对客户提出的限定范围外的技术问题和要求，准确记录并通知产品经理；
将产品技术团队的处理结果及时通知相关客户。
在项目经理安排下：
为客户现场安装配置软件；
给客户现场培训软件功能和操作流程；
现场解决客户软件使用方面的问题，不能解决的要准确记录待事后走客服流程。
2、任职要求
计算机或相关专业，大专或以上学历；
22岁以上，男士；
熟练使用Windows操作系统和常用的办公套件；
了解互联网应用软件的基本原理；
有很强的责任心和服务意识，细致，耐心，有亲和力；
具有很强的团队协作精神和沟通能力。
具有较强的阅读、理解和学习能力；
上海本市户口，有驾驶执照，具有软件行业乙方售后支持工作经验者优先考虑。
1, responsible for answering the 400 customer service telephone service, and processes according to customer specification:
Answer general questions or queries, solve technical problems within the limit, accurate records of customer service process;
On the customer's technical problems and requirements defined outside of the scope of, accurately record and inform the product manager;
The processing technology team results promptly notify the relevant customer.
The project manager arrangement:
Installation and configuration software for the customer site;
To the customer site training software function and operation process;
To solve the customer software using field problems, can not solve the accurate record of afterwards go to customer service process.
2, job requirements
Computer or related professional, technical secondary school or above;
Above 22 years of age, men;
Skilled use of Windows operating system and common office suite;
To understand the basic principles of Internet applications;
Have a strong sense of responsibility and sense of service, meticulous, patience, have affinity;
Has the very strong team cooperation spirit and communication skills.
With strong reading, understanding and learning ability;
Shanghai city accounts, have a driver's license, Party B has the software industry customer service support work experience is preferred.
