The position is in charge of cash/bank payment preparation as well as other treasury related affairs.

Major Responsibilities:

List major areas of responsibilities and accountabilities of the position. Where appropriate, include quantifiable data; i.e., budget dollars.

1. Cash reimbursement and its booking
2. Bank payment issuing and work with TACS opening bank closely
3. Staff expense report checking
4. Other tasks assigned

Key Competencies:

1. Ability to solve problems and pay close attention to details, good communication skills including written and spoken English, and desire to work in a team to resolve any issues in a rapidly expanding business.
2. Be familiar with MS Office.

Educational: Accounting or Finance college degree preferred
