Responsibility:

 1. Responsible for mechanical assembly process. Focus on pneumatics and hydraulic test process, Support production line to do process failure analysis and product diagnostic. Continuously optimize test program and assemble process through SPC, data analysis etc.

2. Participate in new project transfer, responsible for new process、 equipment、 fixture and tooling design and qualification.

3. Renovation and modification on current process and tooling fixture to meet production requirement.

4. Prepare PFMA and other relative documentations for production.

 

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree, major in mechanical and electronic engineering;

2. 3+years experience in mechanical assembly or electronic manufacturing industries. Equipment manufacturing or Auto industry experience is plus.

3. Familiar with automation mechanical assembly line process and equipment.

4. Familiar with PLC ( AB, Siemens),AutoCAD, ability to design tooling and fixture, ability to do modification and qualification on new tools and equipment.

5. Good command on Chinese and English.

 

 

工作职责:

1. 负责机械组装线的气动及液压测试工艺，生产过程中的失效原因分析及解决；产品功能的液压诊断分。通过SPC及数据分析进行生产工艺持续改进。

2. 参与新项目开发，主要负责新工艺、新设备、新工装、新模具的开发与定制验收。

3. 对现有设备、工装进行技术革新与改造。
4. 参与FMEA和其他生产标准化作业指导书的制定。

技能要求:

1. 机电工程相关专业,本科学历。
2. 3年以上在机械装配或电子制造行业工作经历，有工程或设备制造经验及汽车行业工作经验尤佳。

3. 熟悉自动化机械装配线的工艺和设备

4. 熟悉PLC（AB，西门子）控制，能使用AutoCAD及其他机械绘图软件，可以独立进行工装夹具设计，改造以及验收。
5. 良好的中英文表达能力。
