紧固件质量工程师SQE Responsibilities: 职责
- Supplier audit, development & improvement, product quality planning & control
供应商开发改善，产品质量策划和控制
- Study & understand requirements on the drawing, in particular for all key functions or dimensions
研究理解图纸要求,尤其是产品的关键功能或尺寸
- Investigate & understand supplier manufacture process with quality control methods;
调查理解供应商生产工艺和质量控制方法
- Sample submitting with related document such as material, functional and dimension check report;
样件和相关文件的提交，例如材料，功能和尺寸检测报告
- Track & manage supplier sample making and mass production, finish new product development task with time frame;
跟踪管理供应商样品制作和量产，按照时间计划完成新产品的开发
- Supplier performance review & maintenance，assistant purchaser to solve commercial problems
供应商业绩评估维护,协助采购处理商务问题
- Supplier quality problem resolution and report such as reject/return rate, on time delivery, and drive supplier to make improvement;
供应商质量问题解决和汇报，例如拒收率，按时交货率,推动供应商加以改善
- Drawing/design change follow-up，accurately interpret to supplier and make sure supplier take appropriate measurement accordingly;
图纸设计变更的跟踪，准确地传达给供应商并且确保其采取合适的措施达到我们的要求

Qualifications & Requirements任职资格及要求
1.大专以上学历，必须有紧固件行业背景
2.有较好的英文交流能力
3.具有供应商管理经验2年以上
4.有管理（质量）冲压钣金、机加工、焊接等产品经验（3年以上），无紧固件经验或者机械类工作经验者勿投递；
