工作内容 Responsibility:

? 订单的监督及跟进

Monitoring and keeping track of PO follow up status

? 部门工作的整体汇总与统计、汇报

Summary & statistics & reporting for entire purchasing department

? 涉及出货的多部门信息协调

Coordinate with different dept of delivery information updating and lead on actions

? 供应商的评估系统的维护

Supplier performance evaluation system maintenance

? 采购绩效评估系统的维护

Purchaser performance evaluation system maintenance

? 部门各类事项及与其他部门的沟通协调

Communicate with buyer of headquarter NL

Communicate with purchasers regarding projects status updating

Communicate with supplier for transferring information from MFX

Communicate with QC department for sample/shipment quality issues

Communication with logistic department Shanghai for shipping arrangements

Communication with financial department for payment issues

Check and sign Purchase Contracts and Shipment application

? 年初根据业务安排制定采购计划

Execute purchase plan according to business unit plans as set out at the beginning of each year

? 独立处理重要的项目

Handling few important projects by herself

? 部门成本预算的控制

Controlling departmental budgets

? 指导和培训新员工的工作方式

Train/support new purchasers on working way.

? 部门员工的管理、甄选及监督

Manager Interviewing, hiring and overseeing staff

任职资格 Specifications:

- 经 验 Experience:

- With English background is prior.

- With experience of the process on sourcing and supplier chain.

- Honesty, diligence and cooperate;

- Strong ability of cost analysis and price negotiation;

- Able to understand different points of view including the Home Office, supplier, QC and appreciate the difference while working out solutions.

- Excellent skill of negotiation.

技能技巧 Skill:

- Good command in English, general office software computer skill such as MS word/Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
