岗位职责：
1.承担有关海报、网站、图片、名片、宣传册、Flash动画等设计表现与制作执行；
2.能与团队成员紧密协作，针对业务需求提供专业的设计方案和意见；
3.通过多样化的设计手段和技巧为网站设计提供不同风格的解决方案；
4.按时高质的完成设计工作，富有创造性的整合反馈到设计作品中。


任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，2年以上平面设计经验；
2.熟练掌握photoshop、AI、CorelDRAW、Indesign等设计软件，有良好的创作功底，能独立完成设计方案，思路清晰；
3.有独特的思维和见解，能领会他人的要求；
4.有一定的美术功底，对视觉有敏锐的鉴赏力；
5.有团队意识，沟通与协作能力较强，富有责任心和敬业精神；
6.有较好的艺术修养，会网页制作与维护，有成熟、成功的平面设计和互动多媒体作品更佳。
7.领导安排的其他工作。
