职位描述: Responsibilities
1 . 负责员工报销费用的审核

Ensure expenditure reimbursement compliance with Company policy and notify the related manager if there is any violation;

2. 凭证的编制和整理；
Voucher filing & document scanning;
3 . 现金及银行业务，制作记帐凭证，银行对帐，开具与保管发票；

Payment release via e-banking, bank reconciliation, invoices issuing and filing;
4 . 熟悉现金管理及银行结算；

Familiar with the rules about cash management and bank clearing;

5. 熟悉财务软件操作，最好熟悉K3软件;

Familiar with financial system, K3 preferred;
6. 固定资产登记和管理；

Maintain FA record;

7. 完成单位交办的其他工作.

Other tasks assigned.

任职条件 Requirements

1.1年以上财务工作经验

More than 1 year of practice experience in finance field;

2. 具备会计上岗证

Holding accounting certificate;

3. 熟悉各种财经税务法规；

Familiar with accounting regulations and rules;

4. 工作细致认真，责任心强，有团队意识。

Detail-oriented, strong responsible and team player
