Main position activities and responsibilities

· Manages and coordinates job orders, participating in job order roll-out and progress meetings;

· Ensures that the approval plan is observed in the job order roll-out phase for technical assistance activities, referring to Planning on any deviations;

· Plans and coordinates work loads and design activities for inductors, interfacing with the various Operations departments;

· In charge of verifying technical design output in terms of technical correspondence to specified requirements and document completeness, including those completed in outsourcings;

· Performs functions inspections on products/processes performed by subcontractors in his/her area;

· Ensures research and development activities for new products tied to the quenching process;

· Guarantees inductor design calculation simulation activities;

· From the technical standpoint, manages and controls initiated project optimisation processes, preparing corrective measures to improve process yield;

· Manages the drawing update and change process following product tests;

· Interfaces with the manager and other sector specialists for project development;

· Contributes in defining the skills required for the coordinated company departments, defines any training with HR to reach set goals and verifies training efficiency;

· Takes positive action in defining organisational methods to improve office activities and increase internal know.how;
