Job Description · Receives, welcomes, refers visitors to the relevant individual or department· Accepts delivery of small parcels and advises addressee· Arrange courier services· Maintains the reception area in a tidy condition· Connects callers who may be uncertain of their required contact to the most appropriate department/contact· Takes and passes on messages. Determines when something is urgent and expedites a response· Issue and collect security badges for visitors · providing a certain office supply including booking ticket, Purchasing stationeries and necessary office commodities.· Any other administrative duties as deemed necessary Language Proficiency· Mandarin (fluent)· English (good)
Qualification: · Teamwork and Collaboration · Work initiative and efficient, be able to learn and execute company policies and procedures· 1-2 years administrative support experience· Superb communication skills , both writtern and verbal · Ability of judgement and confidential maintainence· Familar with computer skills and office equipments ( copiers , faxes , etc ) · Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Location: Zhangjiang High-Tech Park (15 minutes’ walk to the Zhangjiang Metro Station, Line No. 2).
