Job Description:

Responsible for new product development, introduction

负责产品开发和导入

Responsible for overall process definition and management of products. Investigate, develop, optimize and evaluate key process for new and existing product.

负责产品整个流程定义和管理。研究开发并优化和评估新产品和现在的产品的关键流程

Assure that procedure are efficient and all engineering documents are prepared and released without mistake

确保有效的流程和所有工程文件被准确的发放。

Maintain product specifications, BOM, Gerber files, assembly documents

维护产品规格，料清单，电路板图纸，组装图纸。

Overall line process yield monitoring, control and improvements

负责在线所有的生产线流程，监控，控制和改进。

Review product DFX before NPI build, and work with functional team to improve product performance and manufacturability during product launching period

在产品启动阶段，检验新产品的可制造性，和部门改进产品性能和制造

Play an key role to introduce new product, to introduce, coordinate and conduct new/normal products into manufacturing

作为一个关键的角色导入新产品，介绍，合作和导入新的和现在的产品到生产。

Coordinator for other function team such as Design, production, QA, test, supplier etc.

与其部门紧密合作，例如研发，生产，质量，测试和供应商等。

Lead a problem-solving team, identify and troubleshoot quality, reliability, yield and cost problem

代理问题解决团队，定义和解决质量，可靠性，良率和成本问题。

Responsible for managing Hylltron assets to meet process specification and to improve process yield

负责管理和遨设备资产，达到工艺规定和改善良率

Create and manage ECO process, follow up ECO implementation

建立和管理产品更改流程，跟踪ECO执行情况。

Job Requirements:

Knowledgeable on electrical products development and manufacturing, solar products and cable products areplus.

Rich Experience in relevant product development, and electronics manufacturing

Experienced in solving engineering issue by use statistic tools such as DOE,CPK,SPC,8D and FMEA is an essential

Experienced in electronics manufacturing industry (for solar,new energy,cable industry) for 3 years.

We provided services of wire harness, probe, PCBA mfg , mechanical parts, solar design and solar assemblies, etc.
The factory has 10 years experience, our products has been widely applied to the sectors of Green energy, Infrastructure, computer, communication, digital camera, audio frequency, video frequency, home electric appliance, instrument, devices etc. All the products the company are selling have achieved the attestation of UL, ROHS, etc, and are sold to East Asia, Europe and USA etc.
