Responsibilities:

1.Implement warehouse management procedure and work instruction,receive incoming goods, check quantity,specification,description to match purchasing order.

按仓库管理程序接收供应商送货，核对数量、规格、描述等符合采购订单要求。

2.Responsible for loading and unloading incoming and outgoing products on vehicles,ensure goods are no damage.If any exception,report to superior and inform QA to confirm the quanlity.

负责货物的装卸车，保证货物没有损失;如遇异常状况，汇报上级主管并通知QA确认。

3. According to work order or Issue tickets,responsible for issuing raw materials and packaging materials to production line in time.

负责按生产工单及时发放原料和包装材料给生产线。

4.Responsible for transfering finished goods to different warehouse location in right time safely,after productions have labeled and stacked suitable.

负责将有正确标识及合理码放的成品，适时安全地转移至仓库各库存地。

5. Responsible for issuing finished goods to customer according to delivery notes strictly;special circumstances ,must gain approval from supervisor.

负责严格地按DN要求将成品发送给客户，遇特殊情况，需得到上级主管的批准。

6. Responsible for checking delivery informations ,container’s data,ensure finished goods were load in right way.

负责核对出货信息，集装箱数据，保证按正确的方式装车（箱）。

7.Deal with and keep all warehouse original files safety, integrated.

安全完整的处理和保存仓库所有原始文件。

8. Provide work files for entry to SAP.If it necessary，keep manual books.

提供出入库单据以便录入SAP，必要时要登记手工帐.

9. Responsible for informing buyers,if some special stocks under safety stock.

对低于安全库存的货物，需通知到采购.

10. Responsible for the goods reworking as necessary ,and using proper way to protect products .

负责在库货物必要的返工工作，和在库货物的防护。

11. Through the cycle count ,make sure all physical material and inventory record identical.

通过定期盘点，保证所有帐物一致性。

12. Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as but not limited, forklift, wrapping machine
安全恰当地操作仓库设备，例如操作打包机和叉车驾驶

13.Keep and improve 5S and safety in whole warehouse locations.

维护和改善仓库所有区域的5S和安全。

14.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

Senior middle school graduation or above.

高中及以上.

Forklift License.

叉车证.

2 years work experience in relative field.

两年相关工作经验.

Preferred:

有以下条件优先考虑:

Raw material and finished goods keeping and shipping work experience.

原材料和成品的保管发运工作经验.

Knowledge of safety techniques for loading parts into tanks or pallet.

有部件装载箱柜托盘的安全技能知识.

SAP ERP system experience.

有SAP ERP系统经验.
