Responsibilities:

-- Performs quarterly accounting review and evaluates significant risk on accounting, taxation and internal control among our clients.

-- Communicates the results of findings and recommendations to management in the form of oral presentations and written English reports.

-- Assisting clients (foreign invested companies) in dealing different sort of issues (accounting, tax, internal control, investigation, valuation).

-- Other special projects, tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience Skills and Knowledge:

-- Bachelor and above degree in Finance/Accounting/Taxation or similar majors.

-- Minimum 5 years finance working experience in MNC and at least 2 years in a CPA Firm, CPA, CTA or ACCA is preferred.

-- Familiar with Chinese Tax System and a good working knowledge in P.R.C accounting&tax rules and other regulations (especially in import and export).

-- Working experience in south China (especially in Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Dongguan) will be better, and experience of communication with government authorities..

-- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and
Outlook.

-- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in English and Chinese.
-- Independent, strategic and skeptical thinking.
-- Being a good team player .
