1、财务类本科以上学历，中级以上职称；
2、五年以上财务工作经验，熟悉国际国内财会、税务方面法律法规，熟知工厂会计知识（包括现金管理、库存管理、成本控制等）；
3、具有中型规模以上生产加工型外资企业财务管理工作经验；
4、负责公司整体财务工作（核算、预算工作），有效监督其他部门的财务运行情况；
5、良好的管理能力和人员协调能力，具有敬业精神。
