Job Description: Marketing Commissioner
- Builds business partnership (internally and externally) and focuses efforts towards the achievement of company goals.
General Purpose:
To assist sales and marketing management with communications media and advertising materials to effectively represent the company's products and services to customers and prospects.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Receives work assignments from the direct manager based on current needs.
2. Meets with appropriate sales staff, product managers or marketing staff to discuss communication needs or participates as a member of the sales and marketing team.
3. Reviews literature in the assigned marketing project, previous marketing materials used in the assignment area, and gathers materials of competitive companies in the field.
4. Researches, writes, develops sketches of supporting graphics, and consults with printing firm representatives on the needs of the particular project. Presents recommendations to the direct manager.
5. Writes draft speeches for senior management and reviews proposed speech with the executive. Arranges for necessary speaking aids. Attends the presentation and offers feedback to the speaker.
6. Develop and coordinate multimedia packages—letters, web pages, internet media, brochures, video, point-of-purchase displays—for particular assignments.
7. Develops direct mail programs, as dictated by the assignment, and monitors roll-out of the campaign and checks for success level at conclusion.
8. Develops draft advertising text and layouts as part of campaign materials and presents to the direct manager or General Manager for review and approval.
9. Support actively the sales department as per their needs, be helpful with sales administration (trainer for Navision, presentation skills, offer materials, reporting, other visual outputs ….).
10. Other assigned work by the direct manager.
Basic requirement:
1. Bachelor degree of relative education background.
2. Marketing job experiences over 3 years.
3. Nice communication skill and good appearance.
4. The working experiences of graphic design software is preferable.
5. English skill is very good.
