• 民工建或土木工程相关专业，大专以上，男性优先；
• 现场实施到竣工验收交付使用，项目全过程的工程经历；年龄25-40岁；
• 具有较强的组织沟通和协调能力，工作责任心强，具备团队领导经验，能承受工作压力；
• 熟练使用办公自动化，（Photoshop等相关软件优先考虑）；
• 有一定工程项目管理工作经验者；
• 及时了解公司的质量方针和业务指标；
• 为客户提供满意的服务；
• 与设计部配合，为客户定制设计方案；
• 制定对外报价订单与合同；
• 在现场对施工进行监督，并定时召集现场会议；
• 有空调机电消防工程相关经验者优先考虑。
