Technical director
Subsidiary of a french company learder in the manufacturing of cam-shafts for stationary engines, our company is searching for a technical director. Our company is located in Fengxian district in Shanghai, and we take in charge of potential routes of our employees from center.
This function of technical direction includes two principal fileds: Production management and equipement maintenance. Ideally, we are searching for a person who masters Chinese and speaks a little french. However, English would be fine if he or she can speak fluently.
We are looking for a candidate between 35 and 45 year-old, and have at least 5 years of experiencres in production.
We are looking for a candidate who has at least a degree equivalent to BTS in France in Manufacturing field.
Production management:
1- Production management: planification management, needs definition, tools, equipments, following and optimizing productivity, following the quality during production, updating dashboards (TRG).
2- Equipment management during production: implementation of tools following the productivity, quality optimization, recruit of persons in production, training.
3- Report: Report directly to General Directon in France (objective of TO, profitability mesured in terms of wage ratio, salary/added value, TGR for each equipment.
Equipement maintenance :
Equipement means: machines, ancillary equipement such as compressor, air conditioner etc. Building exteriors, office equipement etc.
From manufacturing instructions, equipement history and criticity, maintenance manager establishes the annual preventive maintenance plan. He or she makes some interventions at plannified date.
The maintenance responsable regulaly monitors the evolution of the parameters related to equipement (pressure, temperature etc.)
He or she traces and diagnoses the defauts and repairs them by replacing defective organs.
He or she records these interventions on the equipement in numeric file.
As part of his or her work, the maintenance responable must respect the security standards. Also, he or she must have clearance for working on electrical installations.
As part of the new investment, the maintenance responsable participates in the development of specifications and commisionng of equipment.
The maintenance responsable has competences in mecanic, dydraulic, electrical, electronic and pneumatic domain. He or she is able to make simple mechanical, machined or welded parts.
