1、室内设计、建筑学或相关专业专科或以上学历；
2、五年以上室内设计（酒店/样板房/会所等）、建筑学或相关工作经验具有海外学习、海外工作经历或外资企业工作经历者优先）；并且自备杰出的作品选辑。
3、具有独立完成施工图的方案及审阅能力；
4、熟练现场施工，具有一定的组织、协调的综合控制能力， 协助跟进施工现场，负责工地现场设计变更修改工作审核。 能独立处理好所有工地的问题并具备优异的沟通及交际能力；

5、具备优异的职业素养及管理能力，能带领设计组独立工作；

6、精通AUTOCAD、PHOTOSHOP、3DMAX等绘图软件
