Job Description of RSM-ADC

Reported to: Business Development Director of Datalogic ADC Greater China


Working location:
-Datalogic ADC Inc, ShenZhen

Functions:
Ensures business growth from assigned territory and prospect accounts
Develop and implement sales plan;
Meet quarterly revenue target
Establish sustainable channel structure

Education/Experience
- University graduates with good track record
- Professional selling skill along with 5 years sales experience including sufficient experience in AIDC industry
-Familiar with Retail, Logistic, manufacture, and emerging industries including utility, FSI, postal, healthcare and other government related segment
-Proven channel development capability
-Rich experience of retail industry preferred

Skill/Ability
- Well know local market with strong channel management
- Good commercial knowledge in statistics and market analysis.
- Fluent reading/writing skill in English
- Be able to handle multi tasks spontaneously

Mental/ Interpersonal
- Work independently and be able to handle high stress
- Effective communication skill
- Decisive, dynamic and aggressive
