职位描述
POSITION CHARTER:
? Focusing on the evaluation of the quality management systems of the medical suppliers through supplier quality system and process audits.
? Monitoring the medical suppliers’ quality on regular basis
? Assisting the medical suppliers in improving the production quality.
? Support Product Compliance team in the development of new or existing medical suppliers of new products to improve reliability and quality
? Establishing new process and platforms for evaluating the medical suppliers based on the global guidelines.
? Promoting the new platform and systems across the region.
? Sharing the best practices between all business units.
? Help to upgrading the quality of the Corporate Quality assurance team.
? Interface with functional manager to establish daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals and milestones.
? Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by Quality Assurance manager.
Desired Skill sets/ requirements
? A minimum of 3 years of Quality Engineering experience, preferably in a medical product related field.
? Preferably to have experiences auditing processes related to white chamber and sterilization processes.
? Subject matters expert in ISO9001, ISO13485 and MDD.
? Have experiences managing products with 21CFR820 (FDA, QSR) requirements.
? Managed products or suppliers with GMP requirements
? Fluent written and spoken English
? Ethics and integrity in dealing with suppliers.
? Able to work independently or as a team player.
