跟单助理 (IT背景)
- 签发确认订单,并协助供应链管理专员解决确认订单中遇到的问题
- 通过全球订单管理系统管理订单生产,发运数据并提供及时跟踪信息,按照要求维护相关报告
- 管理供应商生产交期以确保按时交付,向供应链专员汇报生产异常并建议解决方案
- 与质量工程师,供应链管理专员及供应商协调验货排期,向采购经理汇报验货失败的订单并寻求进一步指令,向供应商追踪改正方案及其执行状况
- 与供应商和物流专员协调以确保及时准确交货和订舱
- 根据贸易合规和进口国清关要求向供应商收集清关文件,并追踪相应的文件问题
- 根据业务特点优化开发模式和流程，提高效率，确保项目有序推进
- 收集业务部门关于流程改善的建议，并负责改进、执行新流程
- 利用EXCEL或者ACCESS开发小工具帮助简化工作流程和提高工作效率
- 与第三方IT公司协调解决办公室网络问题
岗位要求:
- 本科,国际贸易与经济或信息系统专业
- 有一定的抗压抗挫能力
- 正直,工作主动, 善于与人沟通及团队合作
- 英语沟通流利
- 了解订单管理、物流管理相关流程及价值链
- 熟悉项目管理相关流程，具备严谨细致的工作能力
- 能使用visio绘制项目流程图；会使用Excel和Access进行数据库管理和数据分析
- 有较强的逻辑思维能力，敏感的数字洞察力和KPI分析能力
