Position: Assembly Foreman
Department: Production dept
Report Chain: directly report to Production Supervisor
Subsidiaries:
-Assembly workers
Responsibility:
Lead assembly workers setup engines on time, safely and on high quality. Improve site 5S and teamwork spirit.
Key Tasks:
? Assist supervisor to promote compliance with the Workplace Health and Safety;
? Lead pre-assembly or main assembly team;
– Follow production plan to ensure production plan to be achieved.
– Lead each station job to ensure it meets the Wartsila standard and customer expectations.
– To ask as good example in training, tools handling, work methods etc.
– Lead the team in improving work hour and process improvement;
? Production Improvement;
– 5S follow up.
– Reducing waste of resources
? Cooperation
– Good communication with Wartsila Supervisors to keep high production quality.
-培训新员工标准作业流程和安全操作；
-现场管理和排班安班；
-指导物料领取并按区域摆放；
-指导下属按图纸和标准作业流程安装发动机；
-现场工具管理；
- 5S不断改善；
Qualification:
1) Diploma or above in engineering related subject.
2) At least 3 years’ in electrical and mechanical assembling of heavy machine/equipment.
3) Knowledge and setup experience of Wartsila Engine is prefered.
4) Basic English communication is preferred.
5) Understanding mechanical and electrical drawings.
6) Team Cooperation attitude.
7) A dedicated attitude to following safety and quality Policy.

?良好机械和电气识图能力；
?3年以上重型机械或电气组装经验；

瓦锡兰玉柴发动机有限公司由瓦锡兰集团与广西玉柴机器集团有限公司旗下子公司—玉柴船舶动力股份有限公司合资成立，公司成立于2013年5月23日，位于美丽的“百岛之市”—珠海。玉柴与瓦锡兰此次在中速柴油机领域“强强联合”，将共同建设中国高端中速机生产基地，打造中外先进柴油机技术和生产合作的成功典范。
公司主要生产瓦锡兰品牌的W20、W26和W32等系列中速船用发动机，功率覆盖800~9000千瓦，广泛应用于海洋工程、近海和远洋船舶以及特殊用途船舶，用作主机动力和辅助发电机组。公司于2013年5月28日启动厂房建设动工仪式，计划于2014年6月开始投产。
公司目前各项工作正在有序、稳步推进，为了进一步增强公司人才队伍实力，公司计划在投产前展开全国范围的招聘。
