职位描述
市场部专员工作职责
1、 在市场部经理的领导下，负责公司营销信息管理、市场调研方案的策划、实施与业务管理。
2、负责跟踪、研究与公司有关的宏观环境动态、行业状况、需求变化及市场竞争格局，负责制定公司年度市场营销信息调研计划及预算，提交调研报告。负责制定专项市场调研方案，收集市场信息，分析调研结果，提交调研报告，预测市场动态，拟定应对策略。
3、竞争产品信息的收集、整理与反馈（包括生产商的详细资料）竞品陈列情况（包括陈列位置、陈列原则、排面大孝产品外包装的整洁情况、陈列柜是否整洁干净。）
4、竞品的促销方式，竞争策略、单店的送货周期、业务人员拜访周期、退货情况的了解。
5、竞品的渠道分析、产品诉求点、广告诉求点的调查整理与分析。
6、主要几家企业信息的收集包括：地址、联系方式、优势、劣势、成熟区域。
未开发区域、开发区域、刚入市区域。
7、区域市场操作思路与操作模式。
8、促销活动、广告的创意与策划等。
9、消费者心理、消费者消费习惯等调查。
10、促销品信息的收集、整理与反溃
11、媒体信息的收集、整理与反溃
12、业务流程的了解与熟悉

16、市场部经理的领导下，负责公司广告方案的策划、实施与业务管理。
17、责编制公司年度广告预算，编制、提交年度广告方案，制定具体类别及分配比例。
18、负责各区域广告事务的工作指导与审批管理，对各项广告投入进行备案，提交季度广告分析报告。
19、负责公司企业形象的策划与实施。
20、市场部经理的领导下，负责公司促销活动方案的设计、策划、实施与业务管理。
21、负责编制公司年度促销活动预算，提交年度促销方案，制定与协调各区域促销活动推进时间与方案选择。
22、负责各区域促销活动的工作指导与审批管理，协助各区域市场开展促销活动。
