主要工作职责：

1. 执行中国区订单确认流程。

2. 根据相关政策的规定，复核中国区所有项目的采购和销售合同。

3. 监督管理合同的执行情况，确保符合公司及集团政策和指导方针。

4. 管理公司日常法律文书和处理相关法律事宜。

5. 管理所有项目的相关数据报表并进行分析。

任职资质：

1. 本科及以上学历，法律专业优先

2. 3年以上商务、法务或合同评审的相关工作经验，有相关行业的工作经验者优先

3. 英语读写流利

4. 善于数据分析，逻辑思维强

5. 熟练掌握excel的各种数据分析功能，熟练掌握PPT者优先
