工作职责：

• 负责房地产项目相关开发报建（土地、规划、建设、环保、消防、人防、市政等）手续的办理、审批、跟踪和协调。
• 负责收集与房地产行业前期报批工作有关的各项资料。
• 负责对政府新政进行收集、反馈及沟通，及时做好前期开发资料的收集、整理、归档工作，确保档案移交的完整性。
• 有效建立和维护各级职能部门的沟通渠道，并负责相关沟通、协调工作。

岗位要求：

• 大学本科及以上学历。
• 大连本地两年以上房地产项目前期开发报建、办证等工作经验。
• 熟悉房地产项目开发流程、报规报建流程及国土、规划、建设等相关要求，熟悉国家及地方房地产开发的法律法规与办事程序。
• 具有较强的沟通协调能力和交际公关能力，能够与各相关政府部门建立良好的工作关系。
