岗位描述：
通过为期数月的销售培训生计划，使应届毕业生能够根据公司制定的销售方略积极开拓市场机会，推介产品给规划区域内的潜在客户群。独当一面地完成销售任务中的各项环节，达成销售业绩指标，最终成为公司发展的新生力量。
岗位要求：
1. 思路清晰，做事干练，责任感强，能够在工作中独当一面；
2. 为人机敏，领悟力强，具备优秀的学习能力和自我管控能力；
3. 具有良好的谈吐，善于与陌生人打交道；
4. 对工作有想法有目标，并且为达到目的竭尽所能；
5. 能承受较大的工作压力，遇到挫折不易气馁，乐意接受外勤和出差；
6. 2012应届毕业生，本科学历，高分子材料、应用化学等化工类专业，或市场营销、经济贸易等商科类专业，男女不限；
7. 课余或实习经历中有销售相关经验者优先。

福利待遇：
基本工资+奖金，每月通讯、交通、午餐、出差津贴，带薪年假、病假，年度旅游、体检，按国家规定缴纳四金，为符合条件的员工缴纳补充公积金，不定期的员工活动等。
