职位描述：

• 参与项目招投标事宜，计算工程量、编制报价单、制作标书等；
• 负责竣工结算审价；
• 审核分包商和供应商的报价；
• 定期对分包商和供应商进行综合评估；
• 参与项目成本方面的商务谈判；
• 与内部设计师、工程师和项目经理的协作配合

录用条件：

能独立完成国际通用的中英文清单报价，熟谙装饰施工工艺和技术，以及装饰建材行情，具备丰富的装饰工程投标阶段报价单编制和竣工结算审价经验，熟悉装饰工程流程管理，并具备一定的机电和IT工程预算经验；擅长与人沟通和谈判；良好的英文听说读写能力；熟练操作MS Office；有外资企业工作经验或中高级装饰项目经验者优先考虑。
