SUMMARY STATEMENT

Primary Job Functions:

1. Technical evaluation and negotiation, Technical agreement preparation and / or write / check the technical specifications
2. Provide technical support to sales / OEMs / sales dealers
3. Installation inspection / supervise and commissioning / installation evaluation
4. Dealers / key OEMs competence development.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Job Responsibilities:
1. Project preparation in technical & application support aspects;
2. Communication with customers in technical aspect;
3. Draft technical documents for projects;
4. Involve in project negotiation with customers;
5. Participate machine-matching try-out for projects;
6. Draft technical agreement with OEMs;
7. Customer and dealer training;
8. Support customers / dealers after the project released;
9. Engine commissioning & installation audit.
10. Customers’ factory support.

Job Activities:
1. Technical negotiation with OEM and make a technical agreement with engine specifications
2. Technical support to related parties- sales / dealers/customers etc.
3. Follow the ongoing projects, such as documents and drawings making
4. Evaluate the potential projects and technical advice
5. Installation check and evaluation.
6. Dealer / key customer competence Development Plan

KPIs:
1. According to the approved business plan, etc..

Requirements:
1. University graduate in Internal combustion engine, mechanical or electrical engineering;
2. At least 5 years diesel engine, construction equipment or engineering working experience;
3. Proficient written and spoken English;
4. Proficient PC skills;
5. Diesel driven machine matching experience preferred;
6. Basic electronic control system knowledge preferred;
7. Construction equipment and stationary equipment market knowledge preferred;
8. Willingness to travel domestically and overseas;
9. Working experience in foreign invested companies preferred.
