The Volvo Group International Graduate Programme gives you a unique opportunity to gain a holistic view of the Volvo Group and to kick-start your career through international assignments, work in different parts of the organization, networking, and professional and personal development. Upon completion of the programme, you will continue to work in the position you were recruited.

The programme runs for 12 months and includes a combination of common and individual graduate activities and day-to-day work at the home company. It consists of three weeks of common development activities at different locations globally, where the participants meet and network. Common activities in the latest programme took place in Gothenburg, Sweden, Beijing/Shanghai, China and Greensboro, USA.

The programme also includes learning activities in your home organisation and a three months international assignment.

During the programme you will participate in training sessions covering fundamental Group concepts, such as diversity, personal development, project management, cross cultural communication etc.

Job Summary ( Purpose of Job ):
？ To be the interface between the Area manager/dealer/customer for data collection include price、sales and other marketing information .
？ To implement the pricing strategy and process.
？ To consolidate the markets in search for new ideas to increase profit.

Roles of Job

Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
？ Price management responsibility to increase price availability and price quality.
？ Daily pricing management includes price missing, price complains, pricing setting and maintenance in system.
？ To implement pricing and discount activities through system management.
？ Coordinate with global pricing team to improve price logic.
？ Implement yearly price revision and update according yearly price plan
？ Collect and consolidate market input (e.g. competitor information)
？ Coordinate and conduct market research.
？ Provide monthly report and other analysis reports from system.

Overall requirements:

Valid work-permit for applied country if not citizen
Excellent spoken and written English (Additional languages are given merit)
Maximum of two years previous work-experience after graduation
Master of Science or Business Administration
Additional

Fluent in verbally and written English & Chinese is a must
Education and possible specialisation
