JOB SUMMARY:
As a member in the Asia Pacific Sales Team the Export Sales Rep. Shall be responsible for the sales and business development in the South East Asia region.


RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
1 Customer responsibility on the markets in South East Asia, e.g. Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand etc.
2 Drive sales, with a strong focus on growth and to exceed sales targets.
3 Make sure the payment terms are followed.
4 Report to the Asia & Pacific Sales Manager
5 Order handling, delivery follow-up and customer service
6 Coordinate with production and warehouse for delivery and logistics arrangements
7 Provide information to Business Development about trends on the markets.
8 Actively strive to improve our customer service level.
9 Participate in and plan marketing and customer training activities.
10 Together with the other team members administrate and develop marketing material.



QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1 Languages: Fluent in English – as well as Swedish and/or Spanish.
2 (Chinese language skills is not a must but will be helpful)
3 Minimum 2 years of working experience within export, sales and customer service
4 Sales and Service oriented
5 Be prepared to travel 30-40% of the time.
6 Be prepared to travel 30-40% of the time.

1 Accurate, organized and able to take initiative and proactively solve problems
2 Sales and Service oriented
3 Excellent communication skills and team work attitude
4 Computer skills: Microsoft Office
5 Familiar with ERP and CRM systems
