With offices in Shanghai and Beijing, and a team of over 60 consultants, RTG advises brands in the fashion, jewelry, watches, automobile, real estate, hospitality, and government sectors.

Job Title: Receptionist & Admin Assistant

 Job Scope Overview:
　　　 
* Perform reception duties, e.g. answer phone calls & receive visitors
* Handle incoming / outgoing mails, faxes, posts & courier services
* Co-ordinate office renovation, furniture servicing, repair & maintenance
* Ensure good environment of reception area and meeting room
* Liaise with relevant contractors to ensure office premises is well maintained at all times
* Provide general administrative support
* Other administrative duties as per assigned
 
Candidate Requirements: 

* University graduate in any discipline and with minimum 3 years working experience in administrative field
* Proficient in PC application including Microsoft Word, Excel & PPT
* Good command of spoken English
* Sincere, independent and able to work under pressure
* Good telephone manner with positive attitude
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
* Self motivated with enthusiasm to learn

***Experience with Luxury, premium brands and property will be highly regarded***
