Commercial Sales Manager Onshore

-For our APAC team in Shanghai we are looking for an experienced Commercial Sales Manager Onshore

What are my responsibilities?
-As a Commercial Sales Manager you will closely work together with our partners in Regional Units across the APAC -Region. Activities will cover the full range of commercial sales and proposal management tasks during sales phase.
-Responsible for all commercial topics (e.g. payment terms, financial securities, insurance, tax, NCM, risk management) in the project sales phase
-Participate in customer negotiations
-To capture relevant regional market data including deep understanding of customer value/revenue drivers.
-Ensuring compliance of commercial sales management with internal and external regulations
-Preparation of the commercial LoA documents (Financial Questionnaire)
-Preparation of sales forecasts and budgets
-Coordinating and supporting communication with all relevant interfaces in the Business Segment, Business Unit, Regional Units and SFS in order to ensure a proper alignment and communication flow.
-Supporting Business Controlling in all financing and controlling related matters

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-You have a commercial and / or legal background and minimum 5 years of professional experience with financial execution/sales of international projects. Preferably, you have gained your work experience from the Energy Sector (wind industry). You know the LoA process, the New Collaboration Model and have experience in negotiation with external as well as with internal customer. You know calculation methods and financial models. You are:
-result-oriented
-a dedicated team player with strong analytical skills
-a person with excellent networking skills
-able to work independently
-willing to travel and work in a global environment
-Finally, you have good English skills and you are an experienced user of Microsoft Office and know PM@Siemens.
