岗位描述:

1.负责淘宝店铺各类促销活动策划，负责公司淘宝店铺推广，提高店铺点击率、浏览量和转化率，完成公司的目标销售额；
2、策划并制定网络店铺及产品推广方案。(包括 淘宝推广,SEO论坛推广,SNS推广等)；
3、能够找到性价比高、有效的网络广告及推广方式,会通过分析本店的页面流量,独立IP访问量等数据而确定网络广告的真实、有效性；
4、了解淘宝直通车、淘宝客、钻石展位等淘宝宣传工具,并且非常熟悉淘宝站内各种免费推广活动的收集策划,并善于总结经验,为达到销售业绩提供决策；
5、安排店内各类促销活动策划,并监控执行情况；
6.负责店铺广告图片的主题策划，与美工协同完成广告图片的设计和投放；
7、有一定的活动方案撰写的能力。

任职要求：

1.有淘宝店铺推广服务经验者优先，熟悉淘宝后台操作，能够做日常维护。熟悉淘宝的操作软件，营销软件，分析软件。比如量子恒道，数据魔方理等。
2.熟悉淘宝直通车、淘宝客、淘宝论坛、帮派、产品上架时间，收藏排行，关键词者优先；
3.淘宝网相关经验；
4.有团队精神，喜欢讨论，分享，交流，与客服互动，了解推广效果，从而在有效范围继续投入资金推广。
