-For our Energy Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a SQM Team assist .

What are my responsibilities?

-Coordinate for the commodity and other department.

-Follow up and the SQE daily work and report.

-Arrange Globe SQ team schedule in China if needed.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Bachelor degree.

-Professional expertise; Communication knowledge. IT tools and methods; Languages; Giving presentations/Chairing meetings;

-Assistance experience is plus.

-As a person you are assertive, proactive and result-oriented, and you have a structured and hands-on approach to complex tasks. You thrive in an international environment and possess excellent communication and English skills both orally and in writing.

-Good intellect, efficiency and cooperation.

What else do I need to know?

-Work as coordinator in SQ team.

-Arrange the related training for team members.

-Assist for evaluating the performance on every member.

-Collect the overtime and leaving for team members.

-Training the general working procedure on the new employee.
