职位描述

-For SLC IC sector, BT division, SBT is looking for a Data Centre Business Line Manager. His/ her mission of Function is to develop / serve a defined number of the named KeyAccounts with a special focus on (but not limited to) Data Centre (Building Automation, AccessControl, VideoSurveillance, Fire Alarm System) with a strong focus on value selling and within the Siemens boundaries given by the LoA process, Team lead functionality for the other DC account managers (only functional). He/She is also responsible for the Orders Intake target and ensure profitability of the DC BL. The Contacts: Reporting to BT SSP KAM Head CN; internal contacts: KeyAccountManagers; Regional Sales, Commercial Team; BT MA SSP ES; BT ES HQ Switzerland ; External contacts: Customer meetings (also C-Level for MultiNationalCompanies)


What are my responsibilities?
-Ensure development of specific DC KeyAccounts, support / coach other DC Key Account Managers/Regional Sales
-Communication with BT MA SSP DC and BT SSP DC HQ regarding the DC Business Line Business
-Forecast and strategic planning for DC Key Account Business (incl. Account Business Plans)
-Develop Portfolio for the business
-Support Regional Sales in meeting customers; influencing design institutes; EPC and provide them sales toolbox


What do I need quality this position?
1. Experience in: Sales for more than 5 years; Involve in Data Centre Industry for more than 3 years; Developing a customer / business; leading & coaching employees; technical background in FireSafety&Security and commercial experience would be prefered.
2.Ensure that for all projects / opportunities in the ES Key Account Business are handeld according to the Siemens Process (e.g. LoA)
3.Coach ES Key Account Managers with regards to Sales Methodologies & Business Development
4.Fluent in chinese & english
5. Skills in developing C-Level relationship will be a PLUS
6. IT knowledge will be a PLUS


What else do I need to know?
1. Professional knowledge in sales, contract negotiation and business development
2.The methodoligies of sales, business planning and commercial processes
3. Building Automation; Security and Fire Safety
