Responsibilities

As Lean Eng, you will:

- Be responsible for continuous improvement projects plan setting up

- Collecting and monitoring CIP implementation and prepare monthly progress and cost saving report

- Holding regular project review meeting with top management team and relevant project leaders

- Coordinating with CIP leaders and help to solve any barriers to achieve expected schedule or target

- Promote lean manufacturing culture and organize lean manufacturing activities including interior and exterior competition

- Develop lean team member and help them improving competence, knowledge and skill so that to ensure

Efficiency of their work

Qualifications

- More than 2 years' experience of lean or IE

- Familiar with lean manufacturing tools such as one Piece Flow, pull system, poka yoke

- Familiar with problem solve tools such as QCC, 4D/8D, 5W1H, ten steps

- Good English and communication skill.

- Strong leadership and teamwork spirit.

- Bachelor degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Management Science and Engineering or related field.
