Position: Buyer/Planner

Responsibilities
The Buyer/Planner is responsible for planning and maintaining appropriate levels of materials necessary to support and execute Factory build requirement. This includes basic scheduling and planning, as well as inventory management. He/She is required to work independently.

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Planning and Purchasing of parts and material according to production plan;
? Negotiate with suppliers on delivery and costs to ensure the factory has adequate amount of inventory and no shortage in production;
? Inventory controlling (DMP/IMAG, etc)
? Involved in Supplier Quality Improvement;
? Service spares’ material plan and on time deliver
? Visual Management in Supply Chain
? Coordinate with engineer and production for engineering change and QDIP follow up

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree required
? 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in any of the following is preferred: Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain
? Proficiency in English both oral and written, preferably English band 6
? Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
? Able to work under pressure and independently;
? Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other software tools;
