职位描述
Main Duties:
1. Develop a sales plan and strategies for Gro Brand related activities across Shanghai and East China markets
2. Maintain and develop relationships with existing retail customers in order to increase sales and introduce new product ranges
3. Actively seek new sales opportunities, identify potential customers and create sales proposals
4. Lead and meet Sales Target set by the Company
5. In conjunction with the Head of Sales, set and achieve sales targets for our Gro brand
6. Provide timely feedback to Senior Management Team on duties undertaken to promote continuous improvement of sales related processes and procedures
7. Ensure high standards of in-store visual merchandising, and stock availability for all customers
8. Liaise with Operations team to ensure that accurate and timely deliveries are made, invoices issued and payments received
Requirements
1. Diploma or equivalent with formal training in Business Management or related discipline.
2. Minimum five years sales experience and at least 2 years in supervisory role.
3. Good interpersonal skills, resilient, independent and able to meet tight deadlines.
4. Able to solve problems, Initiative and target oriented.
5. Good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua.
6. Proficiency in computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing).
