Responsibility:
1. Cost Accounting
1） Lead KSN plant manufacturing variance rolling forecast on a monthly basis and improve the accuracy;
2） Lead annual recosting and budget for KSN plant including Operations spending, allocation, capital and HC plan as well as cost validation with engineers and operations;
3） Direct financial analysis to support KSN plant sustain TEOA star level 4 metrics and Operations scorecard;
4）Coordinate the month end close process for SAP manufacturing system including the reconciliation of inventory accounts, manufacturing variance and other cost of sales analysis;
5）Prepare various operation related reports to support plant performance review on a monthly basis

2. Reporting and Analysis
1） Provide financial insights on the manufacturing variances results to help resolve the issue on time.
2）Collaborate with Operations to simulate product actual cost and provide cost scenarios;
3） Interface with Finance Shared Service on transactional, processing and accounting issues;
4）Review the cost with Operations and Engineers periodically, make the cost change recommendation where necessary
5） Provide finance support on CER application and Capital expenditures tracking
6）Interact with all functions a daily basis to meet ad hoc financial information requirements
7）Prepare monthly plant financial performance report to Operations to help them understand plant GP position
-Support plant budget including annual recosting, cash flow budget and operation spending plan in accordance with business guideline

3. Governance & Risk Management
1）Interface with FSS on continuous improvement of internal control, ensure both internal & external fiscal rules and policies are adhere to.
2）Monitor the daily operation of costing-related / finance-related procedures.
3）Review operational processes and make recommendations on the improvement of cost control

4. Project Finance Support
1） Analyze the plant move saving and report the cost trends and saving result;
2）Build cost saving tracking module, verify the data and report to global Operations controller in a timely and accurate manner
3） Initiate the financial analysis to support product cost reduction road map

Requirement:
Bachelor degree in accounting / finance
more than 5 years accounting experience with costing experience in manufacturing company
Familiar with ERP system ,SAP is preferred
Accountability & integrity;
Detail-oriented, work independently;
Communication skill in Chinese and English
