Job description:

? Document and maintain Assembly processes
? Document and maintain Packing processes
? Carry out, document and maintain calibration process of torque equipment and test equipment
? Participate in our ongoing effort to maintain high level of process quality
? Participate in our ongoing effort to maintain high level of safety in the production environment
? Participate in our ongoing effort to control and bring down manufacturing cost
? Comply to corporate H&S policy

Prior work experience:

? You must have extensive process documentation experience (written English)
? You must have experience with test processes in an assembly environment
? You must have hands-on experience with calibration and maintenance of torque equipment
? You must have experience with calibration procedures and statistics (SPC and Gauge R&R)
? You must have some experience or knowledge about Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Visual Factory, Standardized Work, Autonomous Maintenance, 8D, Kanban, 7 Wastes etc.)

Requirement:

? Are fluent in English (verbal and written)
? Are driven by quality
? Have production experience
? Have travel experience (domestic)
? Possess an holistic mind
? Are confident to use Auto Cad or similar software
? Are confident using MS office
? Are able and ready to travel 30 days a year
